Alhaji Abiodun Ejigbadero, a party chieftain in Alimosho local government area of Lagos, has vowed to sue Mosan-Okunola, Agbado/Oke-Odo council chairmen, others over illegal takeover of party secretariats, conversion of party secretariat to caucus secretariat, harassment of party excos, abuse of public office, poor treatment of party members. The leader, who decried the ill-treatment meted on party members by political officeholders in the region, condemned the attitude of the council chairpersons, reminding them of how they sought after party members to get to the office they are currently enjoying.

The recent lockup of Agbado/Oke-Odo party secretariat, shortly after Mosan-Okunola party secretariat was converted to caucus secretariat, preventing party excos and members from gaining access to the facility, has generated lots of reactions. This ugly development angered the party chieftain who, during an interview, vowed to take legal actions against the council mayors and others, who have hands in what he described as an aberration and abuse of public office.
