Alimosho Protests at APC Party State Secretariat
Enilolobo Throws Caution Into The Winds, Instigates Party Members Against Party Directives
One of morals that was handed down to us in Alimosho over the years and that had been consistently and strictly adhered to was that, once Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu steps into a matter and takes a position, no matter how painful it might be to any of the warring faction, that matter stands settled and closed. In any sane society, anyway, there must be someone to be accorded such honour and so had it been in Alimosho until today, Friday, the 25th of June, 2021 when Enilolobo developed the guts to challenge that authority.
Unfortunately, Enilolobo had been the singular personality that had taken advantage of this position for many years. In 2012, when it was glaring that Princess Adejoke Orelope Adefulire was set to become the first female Senator from Lagos West, it was Enilolobo
that led a group of disgruntled leaders to Asiwaju and they got Jagaban's nod to drop Orelope for Yayi; that woman never allowed any of her followers to protest against Asiwaju's decision. Little wonder, today she has her reward for being loyal.
In the 2015 general election, when majority of the party members rejected Hon. Bisi Yusuf's second term bid, because the going was still good between them, Enilolobo was the man that brought the news that Bisi Yusuf was the choice of the party leaders - the likes of Hon. Akinyemi Ajigbotafe and co, who could have dusted Bisi at the primaries if allowed, surrendered to the wish of the party.
During the 2017 local government election in Mosan-Okunola LCDA, nobody knew Hon. Olabisi Adebajo. In fact, she did not reside in any part of Mosan-Okunola LCDA. Both residents and party members fought tooth and nail to resist her emergence, but since she was Enilolobo's stooge and he had succeeded in swaying the party leadership decision, everybody agreed to align with the party leadership position.
It is therefore, unimaginable that this same Enilolobo could be the one instigating members against the decision of the party and sponsoring insurgency within the system that he had benefited so much from. Enilolobo owes the success of his political carrier and social standing today, to this same system that he is now condemning. What an ingrate!
If he could project a candidate and receive the party support, it would forever remain a mystery how and why the same man would be the one challenging the authority of the same party he had always used to swindle party members. In the last few weeks, Enilolobo has instigated and sponsored so much protests in Alimosho than can be imagined. He mobilized party members against the candidacy of Aminat Moromoke AJoke of Agbado/Oke-Odo and reiterated same against Oseni Ahmed Olajide of Igando-Ikotun LCDA.
Perhaps, as is usual tradition, Enilolobo could have received huge sums of money from the aspirants he is claiming to project for those LCDAs. Of the 6 LG and LCDAs, is it too much to let go of one and take five? Why is Enilolobo hell bent on his old strategy of 'winner-takes-it-all'? Are Oseni and Moromoke not members of the APC or are they foreigners in Alimosho Federal Constituency? Why is Enilolobo desperate about having all 6 councils under his control? Is Enilolobo the owner of Alimosho or his Alimosho his family heritage? Why is Enilolobo, a man claiming to be an Apex Leader publicising his intolerance for others and greed to the whole world?
Recent development about Enilolobo's attitude to failure are a direct pointer to the fact that he is not only a wrong choice for a leader but also unfit for any public office. He is hereby advised to tame his wild dogs and put them under chains to avoid unnecessary drama and unhealthy scenarios in Alimosho.
