Alimosho Constituency Meeting
Enilolobo Frowns at Yayi's Revelation
The constituency meeting held on Saturday, May 1st, 2021, at Akinogun Primary School is an obvious explainer of the ongoing happenings in Alimosho. Before now, Enilolobo had always claimed that all was well in Alimosho politics and that he was still fully in charge of the operations and orders of Alimosho Federal constituency - an ideology which is detrimental to the development of the party faithful and the electorate. At a point in time, in an organized interview, the unorganised self-appointed and self-declared apex leader, Alhaji Abdullahi Enilolobo challenged and underestimated the capabilities of the Alimosho Liberation Movement, and the veteran they code-named 'I No Go Gree' moves to salvage the Alimosho political space from the shackles of Enilolobo and his gangs of criminals popularly known as G-18. He said both groups would not make any impact in the coming election as both groups put together were not up to the population of a zone. He said if Alimosho Liberation and the veterans win two wards from the 36 wards that make up Alimosho Federal Constituency, he would retire from politics.
The recent meeting held on Saturday revealed several facts which Enilolobo had been trying to prevent his gullible followers and people of Alimosho from knowing. When handed the microphone, the Senator representing Lagos West, who is desperately finding his way back to Ogun State to vie for Ogun West Senatorial seat, Senator Solomon Adeola Olamilekan Yayi unveiled many facts during his speech. All facts he revealed were open secrets that Enilolobo had been using to bamboozle his unsuspecting followers. However, Enilolobo did not hide his displeasure over Yayi's disclosure of the truth.
Contrary to Enilolobo's claim and expectations, Yayi did not mince words in disclosing that Alimosho had two power bloc, referring to the one where he belonged and the other to which, Her Excellency, Adejoke Orelope and Ejigbadero belonged. He went further to say power and resources would be shared between both groups. This did not go down well with Enilolobo who immediately moved closer to Yayi to restrain him from making such statements. The expression of dissatisfaction was written all over Enilolobo's face, though Yayi was bent on calling the spade a spade. Enilolobo does not want his followers to know that he is losing the battle and would no longer be recognised as Apex Leader.
With Yayi's appointment into the GAC, he is no longer in Enilolobo's cage and does not stand to take orders from the miserable fellow, as he stands to gain more from the political big shot in the GAC than a nobody, Enilolobo. Also, the appointment is a clear sign that Yayi is Enilolobo's leader in Alimosho Federal Constituency and not the other way round. Yayi would no longer be Enilolobo's ATM as his ambition and interest have shifted from Enilolobo and Alimosho to Governor Dapo Abiodun and the people of Yewa.
Among his rants, Enilolobo claimed to have been responsible for Yayi's emergence as the Lagos West District's Senator from Alimosho. He did not stop at that as he took it further by claiming to be responsible for the latter's appointment into the Governor's Adversory Council. What a poorly concocted rant! Yayi's emergence was not influenced by anybody from Alimosho, and not even Aregbesola could claim that glory. Yayi, alongside the other two Senators representing Lagos East and Lagos Central, was appointed into the GAC to give the group a true Lagos representative in the highest decision making organ for Lagos State. If Enilolobo had the strength to influence any appointment, he should get himself appointed.
Recently, Enilolobo sent out his promoters and defenders on the social media to tell the world that he had been appointed into the inaugurated Committee for Local Government elections. This was another lie from the pits of hell as Enilolobo was not appointed.
To support their unfounded lie, Enilolobo's poor handlers picked an old picture where he was sworn in as the Caretaker State Organising Secretary, sometime last year. Unfortunately, they forget that we all cannot be gullible. If they choose to be, we choose to be different. The confused fellow is only seeking cheap popularity to redeem his fast diminishing value and political relevance.
Funnily, the coward said, left to him, he would advise his supporters not to respond to attacks from his critics, as he described them as social media politicians. It may be necessary to inform Enilolobo and his supporters that whether they respond or not, we will not stop exposing his treachery and dictatorship over Alimosho political office holders and the good people of Alimosho, at large. Lack of foresight is still barring Enilolobo from realising the power of the media space. Perhaps, he needs someone to tell him that his greatest predicament is the same media he ignored and underrated.
A final piece of advice for the political thug is to seek other in enterprising engagements outside politics to give him a happy retirement. If politics leaves Enilolobo, a miserable life afterward is imminent as he does not seem to have a relationship and life outside politics. The OND Certificate he claimed to have acquired from a yet to be named polythecnic, is still in doubt till date. If anyone deserves to be crowned the Alimosho Apex Leader, it would, definitely not be a jobless, unqualified scammer. Enilolobo is a known vulcanizer - a roadside practitioner for that matter before fate smiled on him. The earlier he begins to prepare towards an unexpected retirement, the better it would be for him.
