Alimosho Leaders Make U-Turn, Aspirants Free To Declare Ambitions

Alimosho Political Tradition, Repealed

On Thursday, the 1st of April, 2021, as decreed by the 'military junta' in Alimosho, all the six LCDAs held their LGA party meetings, with all  of them having the same agenda; all aspirants that had, hitherto been barred from declaring intentions  to  contest, which is against the tradition in Alimosho, all of them now mobilised to the meeting to show their intention to contest. And just like zombies, all the six meeting venues were filled with crowd.

Honestly, I was moved to tears when on seeing the stupidity of these blind followers, and I kept wondering if these people had any sense of theirs. I mean, how can somebody who had always announced it publicly that Alimosho has her system and the system is that, just about 4 of the hawks will meet and decide who gets what in each of the LCDA. These mighty four would then take it to Aregbesola for ratification. And whoever was displeased about their decisions could go to hell. That had been in place, at least, for the past 8 years.

Now, when the heat from the various Liberation Movement began to choke the hawks, and in their desperation to hold on to power, they suddenly began to repeal and review their decrees. One would have expected any sensible person, who is truly ready to serve the people, to read in between the lines and know it is a deceit. But unfortunately, just like morons, they all came out, even as it is glaring that these deciding forces would never allow the people's choice to emerge.

Another critical issue that bothers me and that exposes the gullibility of most of these blind followers, is how six different LCDAs will always have the same meeting agenda. So, the problems in Ikotun must be same with Ayobo and Agbado Oke-Odo. Habbah! Anyway, it has been written that 'my people die because they lack knowledge'.

Any discerning mind would know that none of these zombie aspirants has any intention to serve the people, instead, their interest is to keep serving the interest of their godfathers and further impoverishing the good people of Alimosho, hence their resort to make mockery of a party selection process that was expected to throw up brilliant ideas from genuine people who truly wish to serve.

All these helter-skelter race began just because a genuine female aspirant decided to challenge the submission of one of the G-18 that nobody should contest for Chairmanship seat in Agbado Oke-Odo because it had earlier been decided in favour of Famuyiwa and since Arogun is dead, Famuyiwa must be allowed to spend another 4 years, not minding how poorly he had managed the Council after the demise of his Boss, Arogun.

This courageous woman, challenged the status quo, which was in line with the advocacy of the Alimosho Liberators and today, every dick and harry is rushing to declare their ambitions.

These ignorant fellows attended their various LGA meetings, not knowing that they had just been used. They did not know that Enilolobo had hired people to make video recording of all the kangaroo gatherings, which would be compiled and taken to the party leaders that the people of Alimosho still reckon with his leadership. Unfortunately, Enilolobo forgot the saying that, you can only deceive some of the people some of the time, and never all of the people all of the time.
