Assembly Invitation: Is Enilolobo Above The Law?

If the President of Federal Republic of Nigeria can honour the invitation of House of Representatives on the Security situation of the country, what stops Alhaji Abdullahi Enilolobo to honour the invitation by the Lagos State House of Assembly? It would be recalled that Alimosho Local Council was invited by the Committee on Public Accounts from the Lagos State House of Assembly. In the invitation, the Council Chairman was instructed to come along with Alhaji Abdullahi Enilolobo and other key functionaries of the council.  But instead of honouring the invitation, Enilolobo snubbed the invitation and chose to go pay condolence visit to the family of a late party chieftain, Chief Okedara who passed away days before the invitation.

On the committee's insistence that the Chairman produces Enilolobo, the latter again chose to organize some of his followers for a protest at the Assembly. This left some concerned citizens wondering as to why someone would prefer to stage a kangaroo protest, instead of clearing his name that has been soiled. Is this a confirmation of guilt over the allegations levelled against duo of Jelili and Enilolobo?

From the uncontested discharge of the instruction, it can be concluded that some leaders have deliberately chosen to keep their followers poor, so as to retain their loyalty and always have them hearken to their call whenever their attention is required. Otherwise, why would Enilolobo hire jobless and shameless crowd to follow him to the Assembly complex over an invitation over some allegations? Does he intend to create panic, so that he would not be probed or does he think that by moving crowd to the State Assembly, the Assembly members would intimidated and be distracted from doing their legislative assignment? For how long will this continue?

This act of shenanigan  smells to the heaven. All those who conspire with political office holders you and your co-conspirator, to swindle the commonwealth of Alimosho will have no rest, until they vomit all they have have fraudulently consumed and diverted.

We are watching and taking notes, as we believe the State Assembly would do the needful in bringing justice to the fore.

Keep watching this space as we will be updating you on Alimosho Almighty Enilolobo and his political empire built to corner and put Alimosho electorate and APC faithfuls in perpetual bondage through his Local Government Area Chairmen. They are his political stooges, because they are answerable to him alone.
